Role Overview

Our Remote Recruiter is a key contributor supporting a large enterprise recruitment program focused on professional salaried hiring. This role requires a recruiter who can effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships, facilitate hiring discussions, and drive recruiting outcomes within a fast-paced corporate environment.

The Recruiter will serve as a strategic partner to HR leaders and hiring managers, leading intake meetings, managing full-cycle recruiting activities, and facilitating candidate calibration and data integration discussions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound recruiting judgment, and the ability to navigate challenging stakeholder conversations while maintaining a consultative approach.

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-cycle recruiter who thrives in a high-visibility environment, enjoys partnering with business leaders, and can confidently influence hiring decisions while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruiter is accountable for:

Managing approximately 35-40 open professional-level requisitions.

Leading intake meetings with HR partners and hiring managers to establish recruiting strategies and align on hiring needs.

Facilitating candidate calibration and data integration interview debrief meetings involving multiple interviewers and stakeholders.

Reviewing and cross-referencing interview feedback to drive consistent and objective hiring decisions.

Guiding stakeholders through candidate evaluation discussions and helping build consensus among hiring teams.

Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders throughout the hiring process.

Representing candidates professionally and objectively throughout the selection process.

Managing complex stakeholder conversations and resolving escalations in a consultative manner.

Providing recruiting updates, hiring insights, and market intelligence to stakeholders.

Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems.

Delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional salaried positions.

Proven ability to manage complex recruiting processes and high-volume requisition loads.

Strong client management and stakeholder partnership experience.

Experience operating within a corporate or enterprise recruiting environment.

Demonstrated success leading intake meetings and driving hiring outcomes.

Experience facilitating calibration, debrief, or consensus-building discussions with multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage escalations and navigate difficult stakeholder conversations.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-noise environments with competing priorities.

Availability to support Central or Eastern Time Zone business hours, including early morning meetings.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience recruiting within engineering or manufacturing environments.

Background supporting shared services, engineering, or IT hiring.

Experience working within large enterprise organizations.

Prior experience supporting complex, highly matrixed stakeholder groups.

Compensation - Review Requirements (Pay Transparency)

Base compensation range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually , depending on experience, skills, and geographic location.

Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and hiring manager decision.
